Characterized by profound sensitivity and musicality, baritone Ji Gwang-yoon went over to Germany right after his high school graduation and earned a bachelor’s and a master’s degrees in Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt in Weimar with a perfect score in performance and completed the Konzertexamen (Aufbau B) at the same university with the jury’s unanimous acceptance.Ji’s performance in Granada, Spain was so well-received that it was given an air time on the Spanish national broadcast and he has been constantly expanding his own musical horizon with his deep artistic sensitivity. On his return to Korea in 2017 after spending 15 years in Germany, he has been living his second life as a social worker in Soyang Children’s Home (now called Soyang Rainbow Hill).
