A great chance to meet again with your favorite sensualists in fall!“Paintings Overlaid with Music and Fragrance” as part of the “Theater by the Art Museum” series offers a very unique experience to appreciate your favorite artworks. The upcoming October show will feature paintings from two great French painters in the presence of music and fragrance in one day (at 3pm and 7pm); Claude Monet, founder of the French impressionism, and Auguste Renoir, one of the greatest impressionists who drew happiness of life on canvas. While guided by docent Chung Woo-cheol for a better understanding of the paintings, you’ll have additional experiences of enjoying live music by pianist Min Si-hoo along with delicate fragrance blended by flavorist Roh In-ho, who selects fragrances inspired by the impressionists’ paintings. You may test the fragrances on the spot. This program is perfect to join if you want to take a very fresh approach to enjoying your beloved paintings.
