Anton Chekhov\’s \’Cherry Orchard\’
The last work of Chekhov \’Cherry Orchard\’, since its debut in Moscow Art Theater in 1904, has taken a firm position as a classic comedy representing the 20th century. Cherry Orchard is a story about people are destined to live at the edge of a precipice at the time when existing values fall into pieces. Through the work, I would like to express the fate of human beings obliged to live as well as the power of healing and hope to overcome irrationality of life in the haughty flow of time. -
