줄거리 :  일제시대 북만주 탄광에서 의형제를 맺은 철호(박노식)과 정수(김희라)는 달규(허장강) 무리에게 금괴를 훔쳤다는 누명을 쓴다. 결국 자신을 살린채 억울하게 죽은 정수의 원한을 갚기 위해 서울로 돌아온 철호는 훔친 금괴로 기업 회장이 된 달규 주변을 맴돌며 복수할 기회를 노린다. 한편 장님이 된채 홀로 살아가는 정수의 아내 영숙(김지미)을 찾아간 철호는 차마 남편의 죽음을 알리지 못하고, 자신이 정수라며 그녀를 안심시킨다. 영숙에 대한 안타까움에 철호는 자기 눈을 그녀에게 기증하겠다는 각막이식 동의서를 쓴 다음, 달규에게 복수하기 위해 그의 집에 잠입한다. 하지만 영숙이 달규의 부하에게 납치당하게 되고, 그의 계획은 어그러진다. 결국 달규 부하들과의 혈투 끝에 달규를 죽이지만 역시 심한 상처를 입은 철호는 각막이식 동의서를 손에 쥔 채 죽어간다.

SYNOPSIS : Cheolho (Park Nou-sik) and Jeongsu (Kim Hee-ra), sworn brothers at a mine of North Manchuria, are falsely accused of stealing gold bullion by the gang of Dalgyu (Heo Chang-kang). Jeongsu dies from saving Cheolho without clearing their names. Deciding to resolve Jeongsu's resentment, Cheolho returns to Seoul and stays around Dalgyu who is now a corporate owner using the gold bullion with a plan to pay back.
In the meantime, Cheolho visits Yeongsuk (Kim Ji-mee), a blind widow of Jeongsu. Unable to tell her her husband's death, Cheolho tells her that he is Jeongsu, making her relieved. Feeling sorry for Yeongsuk, Cheolho signs a consent to corneal transplant to donate his cornea to her, then sneaks into Dalgyu's house for revenge. However, Yeongsuk is kidnapped by Dalgyu's subordinates and this gets in the way of his plan. In the end, Cheolho is able to kill Dalgyu after fights against Dalgyu's subordinates, but, wounded badly, Cheolho dies with the consent to corneal transplant in his hand.
